In 1967, under the presidency of General Charles de Gaulle, France became the first major western country to officially recognize the China of Mao Tse Tung and established diplomatic relations. As China and France are two major countries with their cultures deeply rooted in tradition and rich history, their culture exchanges play an important role in the relations between them.
This year, as both countries celebrate their 50 years of diplomatic ties, a series of cultural events – exhibits, symposiums, encounters, shows, concerts, etc. have been planned to highlight this very aspect.
Herewith is Part 2 of the “Guide Culturel de Chine” – a guide for the Chinese cultural events planned from the month of March till May 2014.
Recently launched is the website www.gcchine.com where you can find detailed and updated and detailed information of all Chinese cultural news, conferences, classes, exhibitions, films, etc in Paris. There are so many, we are sure you will find one to suit your liking. Enjoy!
